This Gif experimented with physical elements rather than sticking to designing on screen this helps to clarify that mediums for artists neednt be restricted by new smaller formats, even in moving image.

 

Tests with the spray paint.

 

A large roll of paper and a few different spray paints were used to basically create a mess for the gif

The mess took influence from the street artist Paris who helped design the original cover. Once the mess had been made photoshop was used to make a mask that covered the unwanted parts of the image.

Each layer of paint was then used as a new frame for the gif. The brightness and saturation were then increased to try and stay true to the original cover.
